How much does Properties Manager cost?
We have two pricing models.
1) Hosted: You pay £49.99 + VAT per month, per office. This price includes integrating Properties Manager into your existing site. If you have, say, 10 agents in your office, each one can have access to the system. If you have two offices, with 5 agents in each for example, then we will require that you pay £49.99 for each office. Minimum 2 year contract.
2) Off the shelf: £2,000 + VAT. This includes integrating Properties Manager into your existing site if possible. If you don't have a website, we can also design one for you, but that would be an additional cost.
